Instructions For Use:

1. Place the belt around the waist. Adjust the infrared heat to suit position and temperature.

2. Turn the Power on.

3. Adjusting the temperature: There are 3 heat levels: Green - Low, Blue - Medium, Red - High. Adjust temperature to suit. 

4. Adjust Massage: Please open the push file switch's letter "M" side. When the green light is on behalf of massage, sub-0 empty, 1 low, 2, 3 high three stalls, stalls optional model to use for massage.

5. Shutdown: When after use, first heated stalls and stalls vibrations back to the "0" position, then unplug the power to shut down completely
