Our goal at Fit Sports Products is to make sure our customers are happy. We accept returns of our products within 90 days after delivery.

Returns

For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

We will replace your item at no extra cost, including shipping, if it comes damaged, faulty, or the wrong item. Kindly get in touch with us right away.

Quality-Related Issues:

If we verify the issue, you can get a replacement or a complete refund.

For Non-Quality-Related Issues:

• All item packaging, documentation (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) must be returned with the returned items. 
• Items must be in new and unworn/unused condition.
• Any items that, because of customer negligence, misuse, or tampering, are damaged, missing parts, or in unsellable condition, will not be accepted for return.
• Any item(s) resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Return for Refund Process

We process refunds within 10 business days of getting the item back to our warehouse. The money goes back to the original payment method.

Order Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please click on "Contact Us" or email us at " helpdesk@fitsportsproducts.com." Provide clear details about the product issue. If possible, send pictures or a short video to show what the issue is. 

Cancelling an Order

If you want to cancel an order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Once you place an order, we begin the fulfilment process. Once an order has been processed, it can not be cancelled.

When we receive your request, our customer care representative will check the status of your order and let you know if you can cancel it.
