Order Processing

All orders are processed within 0–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Order Cut-Off Time: 6:00 PM Eastern Time (ET)

Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery Time: 5–7 business days after processing

  • Shipping Cost: Free shipping on all orders

  • Carriers Used: USPS, FedEx, and UPS

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships

All orders are fulfilled through our trusted US distribution partners to ensure fast domestic delivery.

We currently ship within the continental United States only.

We do not ship to:

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us with your order number and full name. We will assist you promptly.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. After delivery, you may request a return in accordance with our Refund Policy.


Incorrect Shipping Address

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed.
