We make sure your order is shipped as soon as possible after you have placed it. All orders are prechecked before shipping.

Once an order is shipped from one of our warehouses, it will be handled numerous times by different shipping and receiving personnel. On rare occasions packages are damaged or handle the wrong way, whether it be USPS, FedEx, UPS or another carrier. It is important that as soon as your order is delivered to check it over thoroughly and make sure it is working and in good condition. 

If your order is damaged from shipping or not working, please contact us immediately with pictures or videos so we can send a replacement to you. This also allows us to deal with the shipping company in a timely manner.

While damage to orders is rare, we strive to resolve it as soon as possible.

 

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 1 - 2 days but may take up to 5 business days.

You will then receive notification of shipment with full tracking information. Our orders are shipped from local and international distribution centers. For local US orders, orders shipping times are 4 - 10 business days for delivery. In the case of high demand products, it may take up to 20 days.

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us. Your order will be refunded after 45 business days from date of shipment.

Orders may be cancelled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed or shipped they may not be cancelled.

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. Fit Sports can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

International Orders - In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. Fit Sports will not be held responsible for customs taxes.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

When you receive your shipping confirmation email, click on the my order button. 

FAULTY PRODUCT, DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT

Notification email for Faulty/Damaged/Wrong products must be sent within 14 days of delivery.

If a product is damaged form shipping, or you received the wrong or faulty product, contact us within 14 days from delivery to receive a replacement.

To initiate your replacement please click on "Contact Us" or email us at " helpdesk@fitsportsproducts.com ". Give us clear detail as to what the issue is. Please also send picture/s or short video to help show the problem. 

Please contact us as soon as possible, so we can get the replacement shipped out to you. 

30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

Any product with a 30 day money back guarantee entitles you to a free replacement or refund if you are unhappy with the quality of the product within 30 days of delivery. 

All items must be in an unused re-sale condition and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not fit this criteria.

If your item is in working condition but you have ordered in error or no longer require the item then we reserve the right to charge a 50% restocking fee.

To return an order, you must first contact us for return shipping details and you need a return order number.

Please include the return order number in the package that we provide so that the refund can be processed. 

Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure your return is delivered.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Most of our products are shipped from USA. Some products are shipped from Europe and China.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please contact us.

1 YEAR TO 18 MONTHS PRODUCT REPLACEMENT WARRANTY

Products that come with a 1 year to 18 months replacement warranty, will have it displayed on the product page in the description. This warranty is a manufacture warranty and does not apply if the product is defective due to physical or water damaged.  

MISSING ITEMS

If you ordered multiple items, Fit Sports helpdesk must be notified within 14 days of receiving your order if items are missing from your order. No refunds or replacements with be issued after 14 days from delivery date.
