Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
• Items must be returned within 90 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
• All original packaging, manuals, tags, and accessories must be included.
• Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, alteration, or unauthorized repair are not eligible for return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
• Return shipping is covered by Fit Sports Products for verified defective or incorrect items.
Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind)
For returns that are not due to product defects:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Items must meet all return eligibility conditions listed above.
• Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
