Our Processing And Delivery Schedule

Once you have placed an order on our website, we will immediately begin processing it. To help you plan your purchase, please note the following schedule:

Order cutoff Time: 6:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time)

Order Handling Time: 0-1 days (Monday - Friday)

Shipping Time: 5-7 Days

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation with your order number and details. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with your tracking number and tracking link. Additionally we will notify you via email upon the delivery of your order. 

Shipping Carriers:

We use USPS, FedEx, and UPS for our deliveries. All orders from Fit Sports Products come with free shipping. 

Shipping Locations:

We ship within the United States, excluding Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands, P.O. Boxes, APOs, FPOs, DPOs due to carrier restrictions. 

Lost Packages:

If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us. Please provide your order number and the name used for the order. 

Order Cancelation:

Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed or shipped. However, orders that have been processed or shipped may not be canceled. After you receive your order, contact us for return instructions.

Incorrect Shipping Address:

If you have shipped your order to the wrong address, please contact Fit Sport Products customer support as soon as possible.

Orders With Multiple Products:
