Shipping & Returns

WHEN WILL YOUR ITEMS BE SHIPPED?

All orders are subject to a 0-1 day handling period before shipment.

You will then receive notification of shipment with complete tracking information. 

Shipping times per Country:

United States 1 - 7 Days 
United Kingdom 4 - 7 Days
Australia 5 - 7 Days
Germany 5 - 8 Days
France 5 - 9 Days
Sweden 8 - 12 Days
Switzerland 7 - 10 Days

 

It may take longer for holidays and high-demand products. All products have average shipping times displayed on the product page.

If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please get in touch with us. Please provide your order number and name on the order. 

Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed or shipped. However, orders that have been processed or shipped may not be canceled. After you receive your order, contact us for return instructions.

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. Fit Sports can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

International Orders - In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. Fit Sports will not be held responsible for customs taxes.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

When you receive your shipping confirmation email, click on the My Order button. 

FAULTY PRODUCT, DAMAGED, OR WRONG PRODUCT

Notification email for Faulty/Damaged/Wrong products must be sent within 90 days of delivery.

If a product is damaged during shipping or if you received the wrong or a faulty product, contact us within 90 days of delivery to receive a replacement.

To initiate your replacement, please click on "Contact Us" or email us at " helpdesk@fitsportsproducts.com." Provide clear details about the issue. Please also send pictures or a short video to help show what the problem. 

In most cases, if we can determine that it is faulty or damaged, we will send out a new order without you having to return the first order. 

CONDITIONS THAT APPLY TO 90-DAY RETURNS / CHANGE OF MIND

  • All item packaging, documentation (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the returned items. 
  • Items must be in new and unworn/unused condition.
  • Any items that, because of customer negligence, misuse, or tampering, are damaged, missing parts, or in unsellable condition, will not be accepted for return.
  • Any item(s) resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Fit Sports is not required to accept change-of-mind returns on items outside the specified return window, or change-of-mind returns, and does not apply to items that comply with this Policy.

These conditions apply only to change of mind returns and do not apply to items that are returned because they are faulty.

To return an order, you must first contact us for the the return shipping label.


If the product you purchased does not qualify for free returns, Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.

We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure your return is delivered.

You may be charged a restock fee of 30% for all change-of-mind returns. 

DAY RETURN MONEY BACK GUARANTEE / CHANGE OF MIND item(s):

  • First check the product page of item(s) you purchased for the return eligibility.
  • Product Eligibility for free returns; Look for the "Free Returns" messaging under product price on the product page of an item to confirm if it is eligible for free returns.
  • Not eligible for Free Returns; If the product page shows "Eligible for Return" the product is eligible to be returned for a full refund, but the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Most of our products are shipped from the USA. Some products are shipped from United Kingdom, Australia and China. Shipping times are displayed on each product page. 

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages from different warehouses. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please contact us.

PRODUCTS WITH 1 YEAR TO 18 MONTHS PRODUCT REPLACEMENT WARRANTY

Products that come with a 1 year to 18 months replacement warranty, will have it displayed on the product page in the description.

This warranty is a manufacture warranty and does not apply if the product is defective due to physical or water damaged.  

Customer is responsible for covering shipping and handling Cost.

MISSING ITEMS

If you ordered multiple items and there are missing items from your order, Fit Sports helpdesk must be notified within 30 days from date of delivery. No refunds or replacements with be issued after 30 days from delivery date.
